On Tuesday, Pastor Steve Scoggins of 1st Baptist Opelika was making a visit at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery. While in the hospital, he collapsed. The medical team was able to give him attention very quickly and rush him to the Emergency Room. He, in fact, had experienced a heart attack. He was immediately moved to the heart catheterization lab where a blocked artery was successfully opened.
