Introducing Scott Fillmer Scott Fillmer rounds out the staff shuffle that has gone on for the past few weeks. Last week Josh talked about April Olive and her new role as Small Group Coordinator. The week before that I talked about Julia Farrow’s new role as both communication and volunteer coordinator. Second Saturday has traditionally been Cornerstone’s on-ramp for getting involved with local partnerships for the past few years. After much time in conversation and prayer, we’ve decided to take a different direction in the coming months. That being said, we will not have a Second Saturday for the month of February. Alabama Rural Ministry Benefit Concert and Art Auction – Labor of Love!
Friday, February 4, 5:30-8:30 pm, at the AUMC Epworth Center, Auburn
This free concert features Martha’s Trouble and more local entertainment. A silent art auction will be held and some pieces auctioned live. Bidding for the silent auction begins at 5:30 pm, and the concert starts at 7 pm. Proceeds from the love offering and auction will go to help families in our community and state with needed home repairs. For more information, go to ARM Benefit Concert. ARM is an organization that Cornerstone Mission supports.

2011 Cowboy Roundup at Storybook Farm – February 5, 11 & 12: 6-8 pm
Bring your cowpokes out to the farm for some cowboy grub by LongHorn Steakhouse, hayride, bonfire and more. Tickets are $30/couple, $5 for extra cowboys.
