March 13: Meet at the church at 8 am for a snack breakfast before heading out into the community no later than 8:30 am.

Second Saturday is for anyone and everyone. This is an opportunity for members and attenders of Cornerstone to give back to our community, to make an impact on someone’s life and to live obediently in the life of service that Jesus has called us to. We do not provide childcare, but we offer something for people of all skill levels. So come serve as a family and as a part of the larger family that makes up Cornerstone Church.

We have an opportunity to serve again locally this weekend with the Big House in Opelika. The Big House is an organization that supports foster families in our community. We will be continuing to clean up around their building, cleaning on the inside, putting up shelves for a clothes closet and sorting through clothes.

We are really going to need some yard equipment and cleaning supplies for inside if you are planning on coming. No registration is required. We’ll meet at the church at eight and be done by noon. Hope to see you there.
